Lake Tapps Roofing Project
This project on Tapps Island involved reroofing both the garage and the main house located near the scenic Lake Tapps. The main house featured a steep 10/12 pitch roof, while the garage had a 4/12 pitch. Given the proximity to the lake and the abundance of surrounding plants, property protection was a top priority throughout the project. In addition to replacing the roofs, we upgraded the ventilation system by installing ridge vents, ensuring optimal airflow and energy efficiency. We also replaced several rotting fascia boards to restore the integrity of the structure. As part of our comprehensive service, we cleaned the grounds, disposed of any garbage, and made sure the property was left in pristine condition.
