COMPLETE MALARKEY HIGHLANDER REROOF

The re-roofing project in Everett, WA involved a complete roof replacement using Malarkey Highlander shingles, chosen for their durability and energy efficiency. The old roof was removed, and over 30 sheets of rotted plywood were replaced. Multiple fascia boards affected by rot were also replaced. A new Lomanco OmniRidge ridge vent system was installed to improve ventilation and extend the roof’s lifespan. Ice and water shield was applied around all penetrations and in all valleys for added protection against water infiltration. All debris was cleaned and properly disposed of. The new roof is covered under the manufacturer’s Malarkey warranty, as well as our elite labor warranty, providing long-term protection and peace of mind for the homeowner.
